There have been way too many yummy looking cocktail recipes online lately. My goal is to slowly stock our bar cart for entertaining, all while trying a few of these before Summer comes to an end. I am an absolute novice bartender so I’m hoping to get a little Mixology experience while I’m at it.
Here are a few of my choice Summer cocktails to try:
1. Love how classy this Wine Slush looks, even in a plastic cup.
2. I would not turn down one of these Cocktail Snow Cones (or any snow cone, for that matter).
3. These Pineapple Coolers feed right in to my pineapple obsession.
4. I’ve never had a Tom Collins but I suddenly have the urge to give one a try.
5. Dirty Pirate Popsicles? Arrrr!
6. This Watermelon Margarita looks like a slice of heaven.
7. More pineapple! The Pineapple Upside Down Cocktail looks so tropical. Cocktails on the beach, anyone?
8. I think I could easily drink way too many of these – Lemon Vodka Slush. Slushy drinks are my favorite.
